About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their work.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students follow the outlined instructions.
Support students with any questions or challenges related to the tasks set.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any arising issues.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to different settings.
Confidence in supervising a classroom and ensuring a productive learning environment.
Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willingness to obtain one).
